If you want to try my method then you did the right thing by disabling Windows Blinds.

Of course because Windows Blinds skins the taskbar, programs like StartIsBack++ which also skin the taskbar, will probably start glitching in the way you experienced yourself. Unfortunately not everyone has Skin Studio and from the little experience I had with Skin Studio, it was quite tedious and glitchy to get the taskbar as I wanted to. So in that case you wouldn't need what I suggested on this page. If you have skin studio you should be able to modify the taskbar buttons yourself and have the classic shell start menu at the same time, if I am not mistaken. I hope you manage to get it to look the same as it is in the screenshot and that you enjoy it!

The things look strange, most of the things work like the start menu in Windows 7. This is because Classic Shell can't control the taskbar tray, StartIsBack++ can, however the start menu is downright terrible. However you might have realised that there aren't any methods to get the windows XP taskbar tray and get a good Windows XP start menu. This has been done on many systems running Windows 10.
